Information collected
The RFQ form requires a name, business email, and project message. It may also collect company, country or market, product interest, estimated volume, packaging needs, timeline, and requested documents.
Do not submit consumer, patient, medical-record, payment-card, government-ID, password, or other sensitive personal data through the RFQ form.
How inquiry details are used
YUJI uses submitted details to review the business request, respond from the public business inbox, prepare product or sample information, discuss quotation requirements, and maintain necessary business correspondence.
The form sends the inquiry through an email-delivery service provider. Service providers may process data in jurisdictions other than the submitter's country as part of delivering and securing the message.
Session attribution
The site may temporarily store the first page visited and campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium, and campaign in browser session storage. This information stays within the current browser session and is sent to YUJI only when the visitor submits an RFQ.
The site does not use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral advertising trackers.
Website analytics
YUJI may use a privacy-friendly analytics provider (for example Plausible) to understand aggregate page views, referral sources, and whether visitors reach the contact or RFQ path. The analytics script loads only when an internal configuration switch is enabled. Provider-account ownership and reporting access are controlled and verified separately.
Analytics is used for website improvement and B2B funnel measurement. It is not used for advertising retargeting. YUJI does not intend analytics to collect consumer health data, certificate contents, or the full text of RFQ messages. If a provider requires cookies or a consent banner under applicable law, this notice and the site controls will be updated before that provider is enabled.
Current status: third-party website analytics is disabled while provider-account ownership, domain access, event receipt, retention, and reporting responsibility are verified. The site still keeps session attribution locally in the browser and sends it to YUJI only if the visitor submits an RFQ.
Retention and protection
Inquiry correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the business discussion, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. YUJI limits access to people and service providers who need the information for those purposes.
No internet transmission or email system can be guaranteed completely secure. Buyers should use an agreed secure exchange method before sending confidential specifications, certificates, artwork, contracts, or other sensitive project files.
Requests and updates
Business contacts may ask YUJI to access, correct, or delete their inquiry details, subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements. Send the request from the relevant business email to info@yujihealth.com.
This notice may be updated when the website, service providers, or legal requirements change. The latest revision date is shown above.
