Document Pack

Quality evidence buyers can request before ordering.

This page turns broad trust claims into a practical review path: which files to ask for, what each file proves, and which market decisions still belong to the importer or brand owner.

Evidence Matrix

Ask for records at the same point you compare price.

A lower quote is not useful if the product scope, material basis, packaging files, and compliance boundary are unclear.

Material

Specification and supplier basis

Useful for silicone cups and discs, pad materials, liners, wipes, pouches, cleaning kits, and packaging bills of material.
Product

Dimensions, capacity, hardness, and pack fit

Request the exact product format being quoted, not a generic category description or stock catalog image.
Process

First-article and in-process checks

Review how color, dimensions, hardness, pH, microbial, EO residual, visual inspection, and packaging checks apply by product type.
Release

QC release and export handoff records

Final inspection, quantity checks, carton labels, packing list, and release records help buyers confirm what ships.

Certificate Review

Verify certificate scope before using claims in market.

Certificate names alone are not enough. Buyers should confirm the current scan, issuing body, standard, expiry date, factory or product scope, and whether the claim can be used on packaging or retail listings.

System files
Quality-management, production-control, and audit-category records where applicable.
Product files
Product specifications, material files, test summaries, and release records tied to the quoted SKU.
Packaging files
Artwork requirements, bill of materials, barcode and label needs, carton specs, and language requirements.
Market files
Importer registration, retail claim wording, local compliance, and label approval remain buyer responsibilities.

RFQ Pack

Use one document list for products, packaging, and compliance.

The checklist keeps sourcing conversations concrete and reduces the chance of a generic price-only reply.

Before samples

Send target market, sales channel, product format, quantity, color, packaging, and document needs.

Before artwork

Confirm final specification, language, label claims, pouch or box structure, barcode, carton marks, and instruction content.

Before production

Review sample approval, certificate or test-file availability, QC checkpoints, release records, and export handoff details.
